3. Scope of processed data

The Administrator may process the following personal data:

• name and surname,
• e-mail address,
• phone number,
• IP address,
• any other data voluntarily provided by the user through the inquiry form (e.g. project location, installation request, list of products).

4. Purpose and legal basis of processing

1. Responding to inquiry form messages – based on the Administrator's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
2. Compliance with legal obligations – based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
3. Analytics and statistics (Google Analytics) – based on user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. Data recipients

Data may be shared only with:

• hosting and IT service providers,
• courier and transport companies (for delivery purposes),

All such entities process data on the basis of contracts with the Administrator and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
